Where are you located?
We are based in Vaughan, Ontario, and offer sessions throughout the GTA and beyond.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made by cash, Interac e-Transfer, or credit card. Flexible payment options are also available through Klarna and Affirm for eligible bookings.
Do you have a studio?
We do not operate a private studio, however, we provide seamless access to professional rental studios, as well as outdoor location options, to ensure a stress free experience. You can also explore some studio and outdoor location options, simply (click here).
Can we print our photos?
Yes, high-resolution images are provided with print rights, allowing you to print your photos wherever you prefer. You will also have the option to personalize and order professional prints and more directly through your online gallery.
Do you provide raw images?
Only fully edited images are delivered, as they represent the final quality, consistency, and artistic vision of our work. Each image is carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure it aligns with our signature style, with attention to color, lighting, and detail. Unedited or raw files are not provided, as they are incomplete by nature and do not reflect the finished product or the experience we are committed to delivering. This approach ensures that every photo you receive meets the highest standard and tells your story exactly as intended.
What is the Protection Plan and what does it include?
The Protection Plan is an optional $40 add-on available at checkout. While the fee itself is non-refundable under all circumstances, it provides added flexibility and coverage. With the plan, you can reschedule your session up to 2 times for any reason (including weather, scheduling conflicts, or personal matters) as long as you provide at least 5 hours’ notice. It also includes Emergency Protection, which allows eligibility for a full or partial refund in the case of a verified medical or family emergency (documentation may be required), and Weather Protection, which allows you to reschedule at no additional cost if conditions such as rain, snow, extreme heat, or other unsafe weather affect your session.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, simply (click here) and complete the form with your order details and a brief explanation. This helps us review your request efficiently and process it as smoothly as possible. Once submitted, our team will review it and follow up with the next steps. All refunds are issued in accordance with our booking policy, online store policy, and contract terms.
Are my personal data and photos safe?
Yes, all personal information and images are handled with the highest level of care and confidentiality. Secure platforms are used for communication, payments, and gallery delivery. Official communication will only come from our verified email domain (@clphotographs.ca), so you can feel confident you are communicating directly with us. Your photos will never be shared publicly without your consent.
